i cant get final decision about parfums. i was looking for jean paul and that video was exactly what i m looking for. when i smell 2 of them i felt like they are really good but something was missing for me but when i find elixir, that was perfect. still i was thinking about le parfum and some other choice but elixir my final decision. also i like how u describe elixir with ''middle brother''. ty for helpfull review.

Hey brother, this was a great set of masterpiece recommendations. I've at least sampled most of them and agree wholeheartedly. When it comes to iris, my top choice is Amouage Interlude Black Iris. The concentration is so intense it leaves an oil slick wherever you spray it, and it just goes on and on. It's beautiful.

Its a pleasure to see videos that aren't about Sauvage elixir, Y and the latest 1 million :) You cover scents that are forgotten or overlooked and often represent great value for the money. I haven't seen you review the old premium lines by Lalique or Boucheron those are really heavily discounted right now.

I like the line. You really get a lot for the affordability. Artisan Blue is definitely my favorite so far, but I'm curious to try the Teal. I like the sparseness of the webbing as it allows the teal color to come through.

I have the Mont Blanc Presence, and I just couldn't bond with it... something just didn't click for me, and I put it aside. Now when you mentioned the barbershop elements, I went back to it and re-sniffed, and it came together for me. I 'get it'. And certainly there are other elements present, but that one jumped out for me and my brain couldn't reconcile it for some reason. Now, to me, it's a 'barbershop' fragrance, that's the grouping it goes with in my collection, and it's wearable again.

John Varvatos' fragrances are awesome for casual wearing, maybe if you're heading out to the beach or going to a concert.

These are nice scents, I have quite a few of them. I don't really reach for them that often as they tend to be a bit weak on the performance side. If you plan on going out for 2-3 hours, they're perfect. Otherwise, there are better options for you.
